Starting prices shown on the website are informational and do not constitute a binding quote. Fees, deposits, milestones, and payment timing are stated in the applicable project confirmation. Work outside the accepted scope may require a revised estimate and written approval.

Services do not include cybersecurity operations, penetration testing, payment processing, telecommunications, server hosting, legal advice, financial advice, or management of client financial information. Configuration work depends on the standard features, permissions, limitations, and availability of third-party platforms.

We may pause work when required access, materials, payment, feedback, or authorization is missing. Either party may end an assignment as provided in the accepted project confirmation. Amounts owed for completed work and committed project time remain payable.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client retains rights to client-provided materials, and receives the agreed deliverables after required payment. Pre-existing methods, internal checklists, general knowledge, and reusable processes remain the property of their respective owner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and website materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, a particular performance score, revenue, conversion rate, search ranking, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or services where such limitation is permitted.
